    Cavalry

    Have to find the other ones in Green and Maroon. got them in 1990 in Karlshorst. Never saw the collar devices again. Even russian dealers bought them from me. the Cloth ones are quite easy to find as they're still made for the Tourists.

    Are the modern "tourist" versions the same - having rubberized device?

      Yes, used by Horse mounted troops. The KGB ones I know from Kremlin, the Borders used them in mountain Terrain and so on where it is easier to have Horses to patrol.
      There are several "Tourist" Versions today. Just like the same originals I think theyre made in the same factory, just to earn some extra money but also machine embroidered, never used in USSR.
