Russian flag translation ???

Hello:
Any help on the translation of this flag would be appreciated.
Back of this real photo postcard I'm told says in German that
the flag was captured by a German Army division per soldat
dietrich, a musketier in the IG reserve infantry regiment #92.

It`s in old Russian language from before the revolution. It says "If you fight you will get your rights".

Thanks for the translation help. Although the photo is in black
and white, it looks by shade like it was maybe red, so I thought
it might be Bolshevik in origin. But the wording sounds more like
some IR soldier propaganda, as such reminds me of the road scene
from Dr. Zhivago where the Russian soldiers kill their officers. In any
case nice to know that it was not a regimental type, so loosing out on
the online bidding for same was not too much of a loss for me.
