Is this a Soviet Army ribbon bar?

I assume that this is a Soviet Army ribbon bar? Could anyone please confirm this or otherwise put me right? Who might have worn this ribbon bar? Cheers, Torsten.

Absolutely Soviet, but it doesn't make sense; this one may be a "throw together". Here's why:

          1st position= Liberation of Warsaw
          2nd position= 10 Years of Service
          3rd position= 100th Ann. Lenin
          4th position= 100th Ann. Lenin
          5th position= 20 Years Service
          6th position= Medal for Bravery
7th position= haven't a clue- possibly Romanian Order of Scientific Merit 2nd Class?
          8th position= 60 Years Armed Forces USSR
          9th position= 100th Ann. Lenin
          10th position= 60 Years Armed Forces USSR
11th position= 20 Years Victory in the GPW (upside down)

So, everything is basically out of order- not done in the Soviet Armed Forces- and we have three (!) 100th Anniversary of Lenin's when only one- possibly two- of these would have been awarded (two where one was for labour and the other armed forces- the third variation of the award was for foreigners). Also, there are two 60 Years of the Armed Forces... should be only one and last, the 20 Years Victory Medal would not be upside down. Have no idea who made this, but it certainly would not have been worn in the Red Army.

            Hi Greg,

thank you very much for the explanation. Maybe it has been put together then??? Or could it have been a foreign Red Army vet that continued to live in the Soviet Union that put it together privately??? Cheers, Torsten.

7th position is the Soviet medal "50th anniversary of the Soviet armed forces" and I am confident this is an all-post Soviet assembly to fool novice collectors. No veteran would have this combination. That being said, the ribbons themselves - as well as the holding backplate - are genuine pieces that could be used to build a bar of your own.

I am surprised that someone would bother putting something like this together, but that is what is then I guess ... thanks for your help. Cheers, Torsten.
