    Memoir

I have a book called "Red Road From Stalingrad". That was written by a veteran named Mansur Abdulin. It was published by Pen & Sword Books.
    Hope this helps,
    Paul

"Days and Nights" written by Konstantin Simonov.
One of the best books I've read.

There's "Tank Rider" too - ok, so he was a junior officer, but its real frontline stuff.

Thats one of a series of books compiled and translated by the guys at the "iremember.ru" website, who are collecting Soviet veterans stories for an oral history project.

        Well worth a read online!
