At first glance, it looks good although, like the Sevastopol, more images are needed. One thing for sure... unless there's a real colour balance shift going on here, I'd swear I'm looking at brass in which case this is a 2nd class Partisan Medal. The 1st class would be silver.

thanks, this medal is definitely silver. i took the pics without a flash late in the evening, so there are lots of shadows, etc. this one i'm almost certain is original, i verified it with pics on mondvor.ru.

the Sevastopol i'm not sure about. the seller is not responding to my 3rd request for closeup head-on pics. i suspect he knows it's a fake. he is not asking much for it and it comes with the document you partially see on the right, an official thank you letter for a Jr. Lieutenant's participation in the Patriotic war (both for $58 shipped) so i may just get it for comparison's sake because if it is a fake it's a rather good one at that. other than the fading of one of the letters on reverse i see lots of detail on the front.
