    1-11 look like modern copies trying to appear old. The last 2-3 pics aren't Russian.

      id say more imperial Russian then soviet with the double headed eagles etc!though don't know if there real!

        Imperial Russia.... copys I think and last ones would be Polish, etc, not Russia - if the letters is not in grillitsa, then it can't be russian

            First off, they are not Soviet... crowns and religious icons will never appear on Communist badges, hence they are not Communist Bloc. Having said that, and insofar as the Russian badges are concerned, I believe they are all reproductions. One thing to remember about Imperial decorations is that they were made by jewelers and the workmanship was really superb. These show a general uneven-ness of line, overall lack of detail and a crudeness that just isn't correct.
