Opinions on some Russian Badges+Medal

I was just wondering if someone could tell me whether or not the 2 Russian badges below are genuine WW2 issue? The quality does`nt seem that great which had me wondering.



The one with the tank I know is for being a good tankman but the one with rifles is that for being a good infantryman? Someone told me possibly for being a good sniper but that sounds too good to be true.
Also could someone identify the medal for me. I think its for victory over Germany but I`m not sure?

They both look original and seem to have their original screwbacks. Yes, the badge on the left is for a sniper, and the Russian word is the same as it is in English. The badge on the left says "excellent tanker", their word for "tanker" being "tankist".

[Rick Research]

The medal is the Labor Victory Medal. Given not only to civilian war effort workers, but also to such shady characters as State Security etc personnel who were never at the front. It could be worn with the combatants' Victory Over Germany Medal, but had lower precedence.
