Russian United Nations Para Badge

Hi Guys, I have no experience with Russian stuff but still picked this up as it seems to be a UN thing. Does anyone know about Russian UN forces in Sarajevo? Is this badge legit?

Probably, judging from the wear and design. I don't collect these, but there are so many of these types around it's hard to know what's "real". Also, even in the event of badges with photographic providence, the factories make so many more of these badges than are needed in order to sell specifically to collecting communities.
