russian night vision sight?

Just acquired a russian night vision sight, this was a 1st gulf war bring back, unfortunately
it does not seem to work.

here are the questions,
what model is it?
does anyone have and tech sheets on it?
or does someone know a good repairer?

it has a red lens filter

Its the export version (hence the English "brightness") of the 1PN58 starlight scope.

Its a nice scope but the usual problems with them are tube burnout or people using the wrong batteries with them.

The sight comes in a box with different ballistic cams to allow it to be used on a variety of weapon systems from AKM's to RPG-7's!

If its duff, you won't get it fixed... although I'd be interested if you wanted to sell it as is.

well now the battery is sorted it does work but there is one item missing, anyone have one of these bulbs they have spare/or know where i can buy one from?
