I don't want to be a spoil-sport, but I'd be very surprised if your wrapper is authentic. These items were all sold separately in the Soviet Union.

Are there any indications or is the bag marked on the back somehow?

For sure made up by a Dealer. No Soviet Soldier would pin the Badges through the Schoulder Boards. When I bought the Stuff at Soviet HQ in Berlin, everything came seperately.
