When was this two Russian orders received?

Hi guys!

I have done some research with out any luck in finding out when this two orders where given? Seems like that my best guess is early/mid 1945 on both, but I have not found any list of serial numbers with enough dates to conclude this for sure! Is there anyone of you who can help me out with a more spesific date frame on them?
