ID those Soviet or Russian Badges please

Just got those soviet security badges, hope some one can ID those, thanks a lot.

I cannot identify these for sure, but I can translate:

1st and last - the big letters are OHRANA = security

2nd, 3rd - the big letters NACHAL'NIK KARAULA = chief of the sentry

1st - 3rd small letters DEZHURNAYA SMENA = the shift on duty

4th - PATRULJ = patrol

I think you've posted these at another site.

I believe the top two are VOKhR, or a paramilitary factory police.

The one with the star doesn't look Soviet manufacture and the one with the two-headed eagle is post-Soviet Russian.

The are all security guard/patrol badges as noted above.
