The center one is, I think, SHOCK WORKER OF THE 9th FIVE-YEAR PLAN BADGE. Hard to tell from such shaky, dark images.
The two with the Naval flag are, um, naval. Commemoratives, most like.

If I can add, the upper left naval one has "Sevastopol" on it and the lower right I can detect "Northern Fleet". The quality of the picture needs to be improved. The others are largely civilian and/or civilian labor badges. A reasonable retail price would be $.50 to $2 a piece.
