Post-war Ushanka

I recently bought this Soviet Ushanka. It is obviously post-war, but I was wondering if there was a way to find out exactly what year this hat was made. Also, is this a Type I Ushanka? Thanks for the information!

That's what I figured, so this is a very late one. What does the "r" stand for?

And this mean : год (god), which means year.
