These are definitely real, as they're not virtual

But I think they're not official state awards, but what's called "Alternative" awards, produced and awarded by kind of soviet (communist) "government" still operating in the shadow (with little or no actual power indeed) of russian state authorities. They issue quite a lot of anyversary awards, but I'm not sure how and when they are awarded (or just sold to anyone wanting them?)

From what I have seen so far, the Republic of Belarus produced a medal commemorating the event, but it is not clear if it is even official, not clear on who gave it out, not clear on how it is awarded and the number awarded. I will try and research more.
