    No cuff rank? I assume not, because this is the khaki green universal color uniform rather than Air Force blue, which means this can be dated even more precisely to between August 1941 and intriduction of the M1943 uniforms during that year.

    An extremely nice early-WW2 flying officer's gimnastyorka!

                  The Soviets somehow preserved beautiful bullion insignia workers as well as the enamel industry.

                  My only airforce uniform is a M1949 service "zoot suit" for a technical officer....
