Order of the Patriotic War 2nd class - opinion?

When the makersmark stamp is not stamped hard enough or even straight enough parts of the stamp won't be visible on the order. Happened all the time.

But one thing is certain, we agree to disagree. But that's what a forum is for, to discuss

Here's two more orders from Auke's archive (http://www.aukedevlieger.nl/researched.htm) and one from Mondvor. I wanna show these just as examples of not all orders being stamped perfect.

First one has the little horizontal line missing in the letter й, second has an oddly placed stamp (looks like two on top of eachother). Third is from the Mondvor website where the makermark is stamped upside down.
On Medalsmarket's database plenty more anomalies can be seen but I am not able to post those pics here (see: http://www.odysseus1.freeyellow.com/odysseus/pw2.htm).
