WW2 Soviet General Visor

I collect 1950s Soviet caps but I am not sure on go face WW2 Soviet caps. The cap in these photos looks like a correct WW2 Armor Generals cap from the outside, but the inside looks more like a 50s or 60s vintage cap. Does anyone have experience with these that they could comment if it is correct or not?

Looks like a victory parade hat to me.

I have never seen a hat like this. Has it ever had some decorative features replaced?
