Order of Red Star and red banner

i have two questions for my 2 orders (sorry but im begining of this)

-The 2 orders are made of metal or are still silver (red star type 2 and Red banner WW2 war issued type 3 var 2)?
-the red banner have a S/N 210881, is it a low S/N for it variation?

the two orders (red star and red banner) are made out of silver. All variants are made out of silver.

s/n 210.881 could be produced on Moscow mint typ 2 var 4 subvar 2
lowest observed s/n: 189.006 highest observed s/n: 272.250.

A picture of the front and the back of the order would help

the reb banner have the mint mark (Monetny Dvor) curved and a "hole" in the centre of the order with a "tail" that go up and right.
