Ever seen this Russian Medal???

Hello -
Got this one at a Moscow flea market in the 1990's. Never seen anything like it beofre or since. Anyone have any idea about it?? The ribbon an mount are post war.

The ribbon looks like the one celebrating the 50 years of the Soviet Victory in WW2 (1995).

Where has the pic been taken ? It seems taken through a glass...

yes, I have been trying to find out what it is for a while. Its probably a fake - yes it is in a picture frame mounted for display. thanks anyhow...

Sorry, but I dont know what happened, as I posted that, but for some reason or other I never got your post. I must have given up early and not looked back as you replied a week later. I apreciate it and regret that I didnt get that info a year ago.
