I buy them directly in Ex- Yugoslavia from privete persons and some times from dealers.

You should be able to find a Partisan Star on eBay if you are willing to wait. That is were I found mine.

There are plenty of 3rd class, but I have never seen a 2nd class for sale.

Hi to all

If I can say that partisan star whit silver wreath is not so common maybe someone will lough.
I know there was few thousand recipients of that order and another few thousand made at USSR than revorked at IKOM and at last few houndred at IKOM made.But at last yer I saw only two for sale from first hand (not from dealers one in Croatia and one in Serbia).First one only order chiped and above award noumbers-price 130 Euros (from first hand).Second one in perfect condition also boxed when I show interest at that order seler could not decide price because he has some other offers.At the end he said betwen 150 and 200 Euros but he could not decide how much 150 or 200.So no deal.So that are prices I am familliar whit.

If I can say from my expirience second clas is harder and harder to find expecialy in good condition and prices are going on and on.

As Soviet said third classes of all orders are plenty and will never vanish from market also few of second classes.But partisan star second class,order of national army and order of republic second classes are in great demand and if I can say again harder and rare to find than others.

And yes if you are not in hurry as John said just seat and wait you can find it at e-bay for less than houndred USD or Euros.

I agree that 2nd class Partizan Star is quite rare, but I've seen more than two for sale last year.

If you want to talk super rare - think of 1st class (made of gold), but I still know of couple offered for sale last year.

As Soviet said he is looking after one of these second classes Partisan stars and if you know where you can find them and if price is OK please help him.I said I have seen two last year but price and condition was in both casses to bad or to high.If you can find something better and less expensive point Soviet in right direction.I think that second class in good condition shuld not be more than 120-130 Euros and boxed one not more than 150 Euros.If you know where to find something for that prices or less let him know.Thanks again.

Not an expert but I like it. As for "fakes" I've seen obvious and intentional copies for sale but considering originals go for $30+ these days and are made from silver and hot enamel a quality fake would be hard to pull off.
