So you think, this could have been done by the owner himself to signify his Jump-number? And its no problem, that the hanger is for another para-badge?

    Thanks again

To tell you the truth, since the 3/4 hangar has two rings and a curved bottom, it doesn't really belong to it, but to a instructor or master badge. A true "basic" hangar would have only one suspension ring, be four-sided "diamond" and be pointed at the bottom. God only knows what the person was thinking that did this, but the piece is by no means "fake" or meant to deceive anyone. Again, the Slavs sometimes disregard regulations all together. Bottom line is you have an interesting piece with a hard to find hangar.

          Adrian,
When I was serving in Germany in 1999 I tried one weekend to earn Polish airborne wings at an airfield in SW Poland (the exact place I don't remember anymore). It rained all weekend and no luck. I think the Polish badge is really neat looking.
