Russian officer breeches?

Are these Russian officer breeches?

Found them in local antique shop.

I drove 30km as the shop had "some Finnish Army jackets" which turned out to be post-war.
Then I saw these trousers and bought them just to "get something"

First I thought they could be Finnish firefighters trousers

Any comments?

Any suggestion if these could be WW2 vintage?

And are there differences between WW2 and post-war model?
