Can you make a close-up of the serial number? It is been messed with. Could be a duplicate award since the Red Banner is a later type while the serial number indicates it being awarded in the mid- to 2nd half of 1945. You can cleary see the original number has been erased and a new one has been engraved.

This is type 5 ORB. The lowest official number is 336063 from Moscow mint.
As been mentioned, by Marcel, the number is replaced. Not so sure this is a duplicate... But more experienced in hardware people should help.

A close-up of the serial number would already be a beginning to see if this is an official duplicate or a fake. From these pics it is impossible to see.
