Spotted this today. Described as a U.S. "bring back", but it looks like there is the outline of a Luftschutz decal on the front. Not sure I like the liner from the pictures provided, looks like some good repros I've seen, but could be good. FYSA. This helmet sold. Only having the auction house's photos to go by, I believe it is a ZKO. Since it is overpainted, I assume the stamps were painted over.
