Why can't I post attachments?

Dear Moderators,

I am currently unable to post attachments and I don't understand why. I just renewed my paid membership in July.

I have PM'ed Sebastian, sent an e-mail to info@wehrmacht-awards.com, etc. and haven't received any kind of explanation.

Thus, I am reduced to wasting perfectly good posting space with this stupid thread as a matter of desperation.
