Looks like the Kommando Heer Badge to me.
For sure one of the many kind of "Challenge Coins" they give out.
Can ask a Friend who is there, maybe he knows it.

It is a kind of a "Bestpreis". My former company commander had one in his office. He got is as the best of his officers candidate course, together with a award certification.

It shows the Crest / Seal of the Heeresführungskommando, what is the Kommando Heer since 2011.
These were given out for Good Performance, Skills or other recognizable Stuff, so a bit like the US Challenge Coins as these were given out for these things too, alo with Certificates, but here more a Medal-like Award.
