Crossed Keys Visor Cap

Hello Guys!
Can anyone help me to ID this cap?

cap for members of one of the Wach- und Schließgesellschaften (traditional private security firms). Materials and insignia indicate it is probably earlier one. Insignia also varied by firm sometimes however. Plain black plastic strap would indicate lowest paygrade in most cases.

1964 photo of member of the Karlsruher Wach- und Schließgesellschaft show almost identical cap (except different cord, but that is because he is a higher paygrade):
