nice find, the officer version is even rarer... but now you need a brown belt and holster! Black leather gear only for Grenzjäger and Wachtmeister ranks (einfacher Dienst), above rank of Meister is brown.

Have 2 of these in my collection, but they are the lower ranks version in rough wool.

Holster appear to be the version for P210, which is also much rarer than the Astra 600 holsters (slightly different shape).

I also know of 2 in German collections (1 other ranks and 1 officer), so I am not only collector with them!

Told a Friend and he said, he owned about 50 to 100 of them before he sold them on Shows many Yrs. ago.
He allway's bought Lots by the Ton from the BGS.
Last Year we had a small Show near Lübeck and on the way to a Restaurant, passing an old Barracks Compound,he told me that he was there at least once a Month to pick up Truckloads of Clothing & Equipment and also at the old Lübeck Airport was a Station of the BGS.
