I've got one already, so I thought I'd point out that there's a "teddy" jacket liner on ebay right now (mis-identified as US)- it appears to have had a zipper added at some point, but the maker tag looks good.

I am surprised at how frequently I see these on eBay. I think I have 3 sets because at one point there was lots of them and I was picking them up separately at 15-30 EUR each. Some have damage, different sizes, etc. caused me to keep buying them.

I found there are pretty much two variants, but I can't remember what they are The differences were really minor from what I remember.
