A very clean size 58 body and top piece, gilt wire cap band as well.

Just the white stiffener with the size 58 and snap, that's it.

just read something about the "Kommando Befehlshaber der Seestreitkräfte der Nordsee" on Wikipedia....
....This Command has been established in january 1957.... so obviously a very very early tally ....

When did the Bundesmarine stop to use Frakturschrift (gothic letters) on the tallies?

Alex, the Fraktur tally should fade out of service from 1960 onwards...
