Help identify this jacket...

Hello everybody.
My name is Igor and I am from Ukraine.
Engaged in the sale of military uniforms. First got this jacket. On the Ukrainian forum I found nothing and so decided to go here. Help identify the year of issue, and what the value is.

This is a field parka of the Bundesgrenzschutz (BGS).
Your parka has been issued in 1972 (look on the label lower corner right)
