Picked this up with a stack of US uniforms. The trousers are dated 1960, I assume the top is around the same period. The jacket is long and reminds me of FJ jackets. Is this a fallschirmjager uniform? Has a Mountain Troop Patch on it...is it wartime era surplus? Can anyone tell me more about this uniform?

Field repairs, and a flap on the back the comes up between the legs and snaps, reminds me of how wartime FJ jumpers buttoned around the legs -

It looks like the Austrian dot from the post war period. Not uncommon. Patch is post war too.
The Dirty Dozen movie or the second one had all the guys in this camo too.Comment
