BM Admiral Visor on Ebay

Thoughts on this BM Admiral visor?
Should it have a chinstrap in lieu of cords?
(During the TR, Administrative Officers and Coastal Artillery wore cords, but I am unaware of any BM regs that allow for cords:

WH style cap cords were never worn in the BW. Someone has dressed this one up.
I've attached a picture of the BM Admirals visor.
