Anyone own a modern flecktarn German army issue flak vest in small or medium size? I am interested in internal measurements.

I am looking for measurements of the internal front and back kevlar panel closest to the measurement of my new contract over run U.S. military current issue plate carrier.
Top or collar area of panel to bottom - 17 Inches
Side to side at widest point - 25 Inches
Highest point of panel that fits into the shoulder strap area - 19 Inches to bottom.
If anyone can help me determine if I need a small vs. a medium I'd appreciate it. I have the new US army vest but they don't sell the internal stuff. I can see from owning a larger German vest that the shape is so close I have a hunch all I need is a smaller size.Comment
