Looks like S-H from the late 1960s or early 1970s. The badge on the left sleeve is a bevo type on a black background. I received mine from the original user (who retired last week!). Here is a link to some pictures of it:

Confirm what Steve said. This uniform was introduced in late 1950s though, so could be earlier, than late 60s-70s too. See last photo in link (cannot copy here), already from 1959 with this uniform (not sure why it is under 1955?):

The original color is much darker. My friend's uniform looks about the same as yours, but the hood in the pocket is many times darker. He said the hood came with the jacket but he didn't use it.
Let me know if you can use the trousers I have or if you are looking to move the jacket.

Excellent eyes! I have seen that picture before but I never put 1 and 1 together. Very nice. And as we have discussed before, the design is pretty much identical to the rare Sumpftarn jacket that people (including me) have confused for BGS.
