Parachute Bag - Need ID'

I got this parachute bag at an auction last weekend. Not sure, but, I think it's dated 1989. Could anybody tell me about it?

MP716VN,

This is a bag for a cargo chute. Normally used in multiples for dropping cargo. It is dated 89. The maker is not shown but the equipment number is. plus the weight rating of 50 kilos.
