Visor device; spy or toilet mirror ?

I normally don't bring visors back that are to salty to my taste,but this one has a small mirror glued inside so that makes this one intriguing.
If it's a toilet mirror,so one can straighten out his hair coupe,it would only be useful before like entering a superior's office with the visor not in wear.
To straighten out your hair before putting on the visor would seem useless.
Another option is to use the mirror to see what's going on behind you,wich I've tried and really does work.
What do you think and has someone seen this before ?

Interesting cap. No idea what the mirror is for unless this cap was worn by a woman and she used the mirror to fix her hair after removing the cap etc.
