Bundesmarine Reservist Uniform - help please!

This uniform for a Kapitän zur See d.R. has landed in my collection/stock. Could someone give me more info on it - for example what periode it might've been produced in, how common (or not) this type of uniform is, whether all is "ok" (both following the rules and your well-trained guts) - and, the everlastig question: do these things have any real value to them?

Overseas Cap/Schiffchen and two shoulderboards came with it - hope to get some info on those, too.

I would say it is a end 1980 beginning 1990 period, because my one looks similar and I have served from 1982-1997 in Eckernförde as Diver.
Every Soldier must have one of these kinds, and the most of the officers and Senior NCOs are Selbsteinkleider (they have to buy them over the Kleiderkasse or not so common in a Tailors Workshop) it is not for every day duty exception you are serving as Wehrdienstberater or in one of the Provoststaffs (dont know if it is right in german we call it Amt)

Value approx 35-55€ I guess, but when you want to sell it please let me know.
