From last Weekends fleamarkets, Looks like the Wehrmacht Heeresatmer, but BW model. Could not find anything on the net - are they that rare?

Gran Sasso,

Not common. You probably had problems identifying it because of the name on the case. The NATO stock number calls this device a wiederbelebungsgerat and they are made by Draegr Medical Deutschland GMBH in Luebeck. A picture of a complete unit from a feuerwehr museum is shown below.
