West German Flare Pistol Holster Question

I have the following West German flare pistol holsters. I'm trying to tie down which model of flare pistol were intended for each. Between the Sign. Pist. (Geco) and the H&K P2A1, the large rubberized pouch, due to it's age, I'm assuming belongs to the Geco, where the cloth holsters belong to the H&K but for different agencies?? Or different equipment time periods?

the rubberised holster is the later pattern for the Geco P2, used 1970s-80s, probably to early 1990s. Early version was different, simpler pattern. The green cloth and flecktarn are for H&K P2A1. The green one is from early-mid 1990s, part of the only briefly issued cloth equipment in olive. Flecktarn would be current model. All patterns were used by Bw. Other agencies had their own holsters or variations of these.

    Regards

Thank you for the information. By chance, would the below pic be the earlier simpler version of the rubberized?

yes, that is the earlier Bw version of the Geco P2 holster from 1960s (maybe also 70s?). Occasionally, you can find one with dark green strap from BGS or Polizei units.

          Gents,

Here is another variation (BGS?) for the GECO flare gun with requisite ammo pouch.

          All the best,
