Silver piped Robin hood style cap for ID.

An unused cap without maker but nicely made with only a small size label in it.
Cold to the touch feeling silverthread piping and a leather sweatband.
What organisation belongs this one to ?
First time for me,a cap like this.

I quit watching Syfy after Buck Rogers,wich I only watched cause of Erin Gray in her thight leather outfit,mmmmm.
Never saw an Episode of Star Wars I'm afraid.

It is Zoll service cap of the post-1972. Need bullion kockarde. Not sure, if this replaced completely M43 style or existed alongside for some time? Silver piping should indicate officer-equivalent ranks. And yes, it is actually for men, although it resemble some types of women's headgears.
