Please Help ID these Tätigkeitsabzeichen

I have these three badges which I cannot find referenced anywhere. Are they for aircraft maintenance, pilots, or what? If it is not obvious in the picture, the gear sprocket around the airplane is in three different grades; bronze with silver wings, silver with gold wings and gold with gold wings. I think the dark blue and the white background is for Navy and the gray background is for Army.

Any help would be appreciated.

These are for :- "Logistisches Personal, Fliegertechnisches, Bodentechnisches & Versorgungspersonal (Alt/old)"..........Luftwaffe only.

I have just discovered that these have been referred to as Aircraft Technician badges on this site. However, they are not shown in the 2008 edition of the Ministry of Defense's uniform booklet that I have. So I wonder if they are obsolete.

I believe they are no longer used. As Steve says they are "Alt/Old".
