Yes, this is for sure an original Bundesmarine shirt for younger EM. According to the label it is made 1993. The rank is for Obergerfreiter UA (NCO candidate) in technical service (the two bars are Obergefreiter, the third EM rank, the horizontal bar is for Ua and the emblem with ancor and cogwheel is for navy technicans)

Thanks Jens for your complete info,on the other it would be interesting complete the uniform,why not but I don,t know how start it,I have the tellermütze with bundesmarine tally but nothing more
