The collars were in the same lot are the from the same set please .?

The word on the title translates as "honorary president" or "chairman" but I could not tell you what the organization is.

Looks like some kind of Shooting Association or something similar.
honorary Chairman is a better translation.

Nico is right,these are from a schützenverein.
I have the same collar tabs but then with a black background .
Those oakleaves are typical for shooting organisations.

Associated with the collar tabs the origin of the may be a shooting organisation. Taken on its own its a typical piece provided by special dealers for any kind of society... at home in the Cologne region cuffs like this, especially in red, can be found on the formal suits worn in carnival societies ... Only some days ago I saw a senior member of such a Verein (often referred to as "Garde" ) wearing a bright red jacked decorated with golden metallic piping at the collar, generals collar tabs (identical with BW tabs for generals!), shoulder boards like on NVA generals tunics and a cuff like this ...
