IMHO this IS a fake (at least a put together). An original Lw visor is dark blue with dark yellow piping.

Looks like a non standart Heer visor from the 60ies with corall red piping for the anti aircraft branch with a LW reath instead of the Heer insignia ...

Asbjoern is absolutely right. A Heer Visor (red piped so most common artillery, but non-standart - can be seen by the lable) with wrong LW wing attached
