Help Identifying Fobs

Does anyone know specifically what these are - I have been told by a German friend thay are fraternity fobs worn on civilain attire.

He implied that they are not necessarily military related, however, I acquired them with a small set of insignia and badges to a Heer Stabsartz/doctor.

Any help would be appreciated as to what they are - and are they collectible?

The long one with the Ring is upside down.
Cant help with the exact origin but all are from the same Students Brotherhood.
For sure from the Doc's University. Find out where he was at School /University, maybe that helps a lot for ID.

Correct. They are for the German Burschenschaft (Faternity) . The letters stand for Ehre, Freiheit, Vaterland....those this one looks a little different than the ones I am familiar with. The one red, white, blue ribbon is for the Alsatia Burschenschaft in Frankfurt and the other is Cheruskia Tübingen.

A very small one.

I would say 30-40 Bucks for the Set would be fair. Maybe 50 if somebody really wants them.
