New Verbandsabzeichen (SSI) released

I received some of the new Verbandsabzeichen for the Dienstanzug today. It's the SSI of the Kommando Heer that was formed in Oktober 2012. The Kommando Heer is the successor of the former German Army General Staff (Führungsstab des Heeres, Fü H) and the German Army Command (Heeresführungskommando) which merged. Unlike the Fü H it's no longer part of the MoD but the highest German Army Command. The patch is in fact the cloth varaiant of the former Fü H's pocket badge.
