I have several examples of the wings you've posted above in aluminum for presentation purposes in gold, silver and bronze

Experts would have to weigh in on if it is original or not. I've seen quite a lot of brand new ones on eBay over the past few years. Hardly likely that someone found a stash of nearly 70 year old highly sought after badges.

Pakistan will make things like this for just about anybody. I get emails all the time from companies boasting about how they can make stuff like this. And if you've seen Pakistan military badges you will see that they are constructed similarly to this type of BW badge. So it's not like there's a big leap for them to make a fake.

Having said that, I have no idea if this one is original or not. I don't know what to look for.

This style of parachutist qualification badge was worn by the Heer between 1958 and 1966.

As Steve as pointed out, there are many discussion of this badge on the the thread he cited.

There are some good close-ups at posts #115 and #118.
