Hello folks,
I´m in the process of clearing out my collection of german camo pattern and I wanted to show it to you, before I put it on the e-stand.
This is one not often seen German camo pattern: The Sägezahnmuster
It was one of the five patterns tested during the "Truppenversuch 76" at a Jägerlehrbataillon and a Fernspähkompanie.
The name Sägezahnmuster or "saw tooth" pattern came from it´s resemblance of the foliage-like shapes to the sharp edges of a saw.
The other pattern from these troop trials were Punkttarn, Flecktarn A (Klein), Flecktarn B (Groß), Schattentarn.
Very few have surfived. In fact, this one is the only example, from which I know is for sale right now.
If you google for pictures, this particular field jacket shows up on some of the few pictures from this camo pattern. You can also see it in the publication "KOMMANDO", Nr. 16, from march / april 2011
I hope you like it.
